At the time of service, the diver will mark the current water level with RED DUCT TAPE. This mark can be found either on the faceplate of the skim box, on the stairs, or on the wall near the stairs. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to monitor the water level using this mark for 24-48hrs after repair service has been completed. If the homeowner still suspects there is a leak upon post service observation, it is mandatory you contact our company within 7days of service for the leak to be considered under the same service charge.

The staff will talk to the home owner about some trouble shooting, and process of elimination techniques. If the leak continues after these techniques have been executed within the 7-day time frame, a repeat leak inspection will be scheduled as soon as possible and is covered under the initial leak inspection fee.
