Post Pool Service

If your pool is a vinyl liner pool *DO NOT VACUUM FOR 24hrs*

At the time of service, the diver will mark the current water level with RED DUCT TAPE. This mark can be found either on the faceplate of the skim box, on the stairs, or on the wall near the stairs. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to monitor the water level using this mark for 24-48hrs after repair service has been completed. If the homeowner still suspects there is a leak upon post service observation, it is mandatory you contact our company within 7days of service for the leak to be considered under the same service charge.
Example 1:
The homeowner checks tape mark 24 hours after the diver has left and observes no water loss = the pool is fixed.

(Please keep in mind: evaporation of 1/8”-1/4”day, depending on climate & location are normal natural loss rates.)
Example 2:
The diver fixes a leak in a pool. The homeowner checks tape mark 24 hours after the diver has left and observes water loss equaling = x”/24hrs. The homeowner calls in to report the findings. The staff will talk to the home owner about some trouble shooting, and process of elimination techniques. If the leak continues after these techniques have been executed within the 7-day time frame, a repeat leak inspection will be scheduled as soon as possible and is covered under the initial leak inspection fee.
*DISTANCE CHARGES APPLY FOR ALL VISITS*
Example 3:
The homeowner checks tape mark 24 hours after the diver has left and observes no water loss = the leak is fixed. Two weeks later the pool leaks again. New hole= new problem= new service charge.
